Commissions

Various art commissions have been undertaken by Nicola Slattery. These include:

• Limited edition prints for JD Wetherspoon plc at their pub "The Troll Cart" opposite the bus station in Gt Yarmouth.
• A painting based on the idea of fame personified for an international PR consultancy.
• A mural based upon childrens book characters for the library of a primary school.
• Advertising post cards for the theatrical Eastern Touring Agency.
• Greeting and Christmas Card designs for Jods Cards.
• Private collectors paintings have included work based upon: The Last Supper, much loved cats and dogs, a daughter and people and hares.

Ideas for a commission are always welcome but it must be stressed that Nicola Slattery is not an illustrator, graphic artist or portrait painter. A commission is approached on the basis that the client will provide an idea for a work which will then be developed and a work created at the absolute discretion of Nicola Slattery. A fee is agreed at the outset with half payable as a non refundable deposit at comencement of work. The balance is payable upon completion of the work prior to hand over. If for any reason the balance is not paid at completion, the work remains the property of Nicola Slattery and payments received are non refundable. In all cases the copyright remains with Nicola Slattery unless specifically purchased and confirmed in writing.
