Art Commissions by Nicola slattery have been completed for a wide variety of clients. The summary  provides a brief overview of some recent work. If you would like to discuss a possible contemporary art commission please telephone 01986 788 853

Client: JD Wetherspoon plc:    Produce four site specific pieces of work to hang in the Troll Cart pub in Gt. Yarmouth.

Client: Private Collector: Painting based on an existing painting but with alterations to reflect specific individuals:

Title: Miles of Thread      completed and sold  January 2013

Client: Alburgh with Denton C of E Primary School   Produce large scale wall mural for school library with the aim of inspiring reading.

Client: Private collector: Produce a painting inspired by and reflecting upon the lives shared with several much loved cats and dogs.

Above - work in progress - a first rough sketch to agree basic idea and composition - this is an important stage for all concerned after which I work on my own with the aim of achieving a work true to my own style and vision but which (hopefully) is also close to what the client is expecting.

Below - the finished painting - I'd given it the title "Tree of Love" as it is based on the idea of the love for cats and dogs and the love they return. Someone then pointed out to me that I had inadvertantly created a heart shape in the branches behind the cat which is perhaps a coincidence or the result of an unconcious process?

Above: Title: "Tree of Love"   medium acrylic on wood Size: 6o x 70 cms
